October 2019 - the Unit Head field has been updated from the University Secretary and Director, Governance and Corporate Affairs to the University Secretary, to align with current structure. Amendments as approved by the University Council at its meeting on 14-15 June 2018 (CNL 18/61) were the result of a full review of the policy document under an annual cycle.
