Summary of Changes from Previous Version

February 2023 - New clause 4 to provide that, where staff are members of Council, they will follow the provisions of the Governance (Declaration of Material Interests) Rule 2022 where a conflict of interest arises in the course of their role as Council member, rather than this procedure. Approved under delegation A6.



November 2021 - The Conflict of Interest Procedure has undergone a full review and is approved in accordance with delegation A6 (authority to approve rules for the management and discipline of the University).
