Summary of Changes from Previous Version

January 2019 - all references to the 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic)' position and division updated to 'Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic)', to align with current structure.

Amendments approved by the Academic Senate on 11 July 2018 (AS 18/75) include moving the position of Indigenous Curriculum and Pedagogy Coordinator from having Right of Audience and Debate to full voting membership on the Board and alignment of the sections with the prescribed CSU Policy Library Committee Membership and Terms of Reference format which resulted in the re-numbering of clauses.
