Summary of Changes from Previous Version

October 2021 -  This procedure replaces the Staff Recruitment and Selection Policy and subsumes the Staff Recruitment and Selection Procedure. It has been developed as an output of the governance and management policy review. Minor changes to requirements for selection committees. Approved in accordance with delegation A12 (authority to approve management procedures).
