June 2019 - all references to the 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research, Development and Industry)' position and division updated to 'Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Engagement)', to align with current structure.


Amendments as approved by the Executive Director, Human Resources under Delegation GOV10A, include increasing the systematic cycle of review and evaluation of the Policy (and related procedure/guidelines) to be formally conducted after five years (rather than three), using data collected by the Division of Human Resources as a starting point for sector benchmarking.
